This is how the end begins. I know this because I am all that remains of what once was. I am the record of what transpired. If this is being received by another entity, then perhaps there was a point to the inevitable cycle of birth and destruction. This documentation of events is all that has been salvaged from life. This is how the end begins...This is how the end begins...This is how the end begins...This is how the end begins...

GUNS N' ROSES LEAKED "I.R.S." MP3

This is from one of two albums I am looking forward to in the next few months. The mp3 file linked in the headline is a very good quality leaked song off of the upcoming "Chinese Democracy" LP. I'm not sure how long the link will be active, so grab it while you can.
I'm not sure what I think about this track either.
I would love for this to end up being a kick-ass GN'R album, but the chances of that seem so slim when expectations are so high and the creative process surrounding this album is so crazy. I mean, Axl is great, but it just can't be GN'R without at least Slash. I'm pulling for it to be good stuff, but it may end up being an interesting car crash.
That other album I'm looking forward to is of course TOOL! WOOO! Looking like April or May! WOOO!

UPDATE: Here are 2 more leaked tracks -

TWAT a.k.a. There Was A Time

Better (80-Second Demo)

It ain't GN'R, too experimental, too many programmed drums and whatnot. That doesn't mean it's bad though, it's just not a straight up, kick you in the nuts, bang strippers, drink a bottle of Jack and punch a guy in the face Rock N' Roll sound like what GN'R was. Axl always liked NWA and shit like that, so the programmed beats seem like a progression of his musical tastes integrated into his sound, same with the backing orchestrations and that is cool for the Axl Rose album. It's got some good GN'R elements to it too and it should, its Axl Roses' album. So... maybe this is exactly what I was expecting. Actually, I'm liking it more than Velvet Revolver so far. "There Was A Time" is playing while I type this and I like it more and more as the track progresses. What do you think?
